The sales page words it as a "60-day money back guarantee" and says to contact the seller "within the first 60 days of purchase" (Maxforce sales page). It also says to send back all bottles, including empty ones. There is no minimum number of days you must use the gummies.

"Health items may not be returnable" sits uneasily with a guarantee on a supplement. We read it as boilerplate, but it is a reason to call before you ship and ask the order desk to confirm in writing that your tub qualifies.

What if the seller does not answer or refuses a refund?
Put your request in writing, keep every record and dispute the charge with your card company if the seller still will not act.
FTC says that if a company will not refund an unauthorized charge, you can dispute it with your card company, and that you should keep records of cancellation requests and report problems at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general (FTC, Free Trials and Auto-Renewals).
