What is the Maxforce refund policy?
A refund can be requested up to 60 days after purchase. After you get a return address, you have 14 days to ship the bottles, at your own cost.
We read the sales and refund pages on October 19, 2026 (Maxforce sales page). The refund page gives 60 days to request a refund, a 14-day shipping window that starts when you receive the return address, buyer-paid return shipping and a note that certain health and personal care items may not be returnable.
The seller sets and pays refunds, not this site. We show the terms so you can plan, and we cannot approve or promise a refund. The shorter, marketing version is on the guarantee page.

Can you cancel a Maxforce order before it ships?
Call the order desk as fast as you can. A cancellation is easier before the parcel leaves than after.
The sales page does not state a cancellation cutoff that we could read. If an order has not shipped, ask the desk to cancel and confirm it by email. If it has shipped, you are in the return process above.
The FTC order rule gives you extra rights if a seller misses its shipping time. It must seek your consent to a delay or offer to cancel, and it must refund promptly, for most payment methods within seven working days (FTC, Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Rule).

A refund can be refused if you miss a window, ship to the wrong address or send something other than the bottles, and the policy adds that health items may not be returnable.
These are the places to be careful: asking on day 61, waiting past 14 days after the return address arrives, shipping without tracking and never confirming the address. Each one gives the seller a reason to say no.
If a refund is refused though you followed the steps, dispute the charge with your card company and report the problem at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general (FTC, Free Trials and Auto-Renewals).
