Maxforcevitality Privacy Policy: What This Maxforce Website Collects
The Maxforcevitality privacy policy is short because the site collects little. It has no accounts, forms, analytics or cookies of its own. We see only the emails you send us and the standard logs our host keeps. Orders and card details are handled on the Maxforce sales page, under its own policy.

Scope01
What does the Maxforcevitality privacy policy cover?
It covers maxforcevitality.com, a static information site about Maxforce gummies run by Maxforcevitality, a Maxforce U.S. retail desk. It took effect on October 19, 2026.
The policy explains what we learn about visitors, why, how long we keep it and how to reach us. It does not cover the Maxforce sales page, its checkout, its order desk or any marketplace. Those businesses collect your name, address and payment details under their own policies, and you should read them before you order.
We are not the manufacturer or the distributor of Maxforce. We publish pages about it and earn money when readers order through our buttons. We do not take payment and do not ship anything.
Data we collect02
What personal data does this website collect?
Two things only: messages you choose to send us, and the technical logs created when a browser loads a page.
There are no sign-ups, newsletters, comment boxes or accounts. You can read every page without telling us who you are.
| Data | When | Why | Held by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email address and message | You write to the website inbox | To reply and fix pages | Us, in our mailbox |
| IP address, browser, page, time, referrer | Any page load | To serve pages and stop abuse | Our hosting provider, in server logs |
| Name, address, card, order details | Only at checkout | To sell and ship | The sales page's seller, not us |
| Cookies | None set by our pages | Not applicable | None from us |
We do not want health data. Please do not email medical records, test results or prescriptions. We cannot give medical advice, and we do not need them to answer a page question.
Cookies03
Does Maxforcevitality use cookies or trackers?
No. Our pages set no cookies and load no analytics, ad tags, pixels or social widgets. Fonts and scripts come from our own host.
Your browser may store a copy of our pages for speed, and that is a normal cache, not a tracker. When you click an order button you leave our site, and the sales page may set its own cookies. We do not control them, and its policy applies.
If we ever add analytics, we will say so here first, give the tool's name and offer a way to say no.
Use and sharing04
How do we use and share the data we hold?
We use it only to reply to you, keep the site running and fix errors. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
- Emails: read by our team, used to answer you, and kept only as long as we need them to reply and keep a record of the exchange.
- Server logs: kept by our host under its own retention schedule.
- Sharing: only with our host and email provider as service providers, or where the law requires it.
- Order data: we never receive your card number or order details. If you ask the order desk about an order, the sales page's seller handles that data.
When you write to us about an order, we will point you to the order desk, because the website inbox cannot see purchases. Because we run no tracking, a browser's Do Not Track or global privacy setting changes nothing here: we do not track you in the first place, and we treat every visitor the same way.
Other sites05
What happens when you leave Maxforcevitality?
Our pages link to the sales page and to outside sources such as NIH, FDA, FTC and Mayo Clinic. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and ours does not cover them.
Order buttons go through a short redirect on our own domain and then to the sales page. The redirect page sets no cookie and stores nothing. We cannot see what you do after you reach the sales page.
Before you enter personal details anywhere, check the web address, look for the padlock and read what you are agreeing to. FTC advises reading terms and pre-checked boxes before you give a card number (FTC, Free Trials and Auto-Renewals).
Security06
How do we protect the data we hold?
We keep little, we collect no payment data and we serve pages over HTTPS. A site that stores almost nothing has almost nothing to lose.
Our mailbox is protected by a password, and only our team can read it. If we ever learn of a breach that affects emails you sent us, we will tell you as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure, so do not email sensitive details, such as a full card number or a medical record.
Your choices07
What rights do you have over your data?
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.
Depending on where you live, laws such as those in California and some other states give you formal rights to access, correct and delete personal data, and to say no to its sale. We do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you want a record removed from our mailbox, ask, and we will remove it.
Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the sales terms require buyers to be 18 or older. If a child has written to us, a parent can ask us to delete the message.
We may update this policy, and we will change the date at the top when we do. For questions about orders, see the contact page.
FAQ08
Maxforce questions people ask
Does Maxforcevitality collect my personal data?
Only what you send us by email and the standard server logs our host keeps. There are no accounts, forms or analytics. We never receive your card or order details, since checkout is on the sales page.
Does this website use cookies?
Our pages set none and load no tracking scripts. When you click an order button you leave our site, and the sales page may set its own cookies under its own policy. Your browser's normal cache is not a tracker.
Who sees my payment details?
The sales page's checkout and its payment processor do, not us. Our buttons simply send you there. Read the sales page's privacy policy before you pay, and use a card that gives you dispute rights.
How long do you keep emails?
Only as long as we need them to reply and keep a record of the exchange, unless a dispute or the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at [email protected].
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We do not sell personal data or use it for ads. We share it only with our hosting and email providers as service providers, or when the law requires it.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email [email protected] from the address you used, say what you want deleted and we will confirm once it is done. For order data held by the seller, contact the order desk instead.
