What Are the Maxforce Ingredients? The Nine Label Lines
Maxforce ingredients are nine label lines sharing one 82 mg blend.
The list runs muira puama, maca, catuaba, green tea extract, caffeine (5 mg), ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed. Only caffeine shows its own amount.

The nine lines01
What ingredients are in Maxforce gummies?
Maxforce gummies hold nine named ingredients inside one 82 mg proprietary blend: muira puama, maca, catuaba, green tea, caffeine, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed.
The label prints them in that order, which by U.S. rules means from the largest share to the smallest (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The sales page names five, and a brand graphic shows six. The tub has all nine.
Corn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol liquid, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate dihydrate are the "other ingredients", outside the 82 mg.

Doses03
How much of each Maxforce ingredient is in a gummy?
For eight of nine lines, the label does not say. The order it prints still sets hard limits, and they are far below the doses used in studies.
Caffeine is printed at 5 mg in fifth place. Lines after it hold at most 5 mg, and lines before it at least 5 mg.
| Label line | Place | Per gummy | Amount used in research | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Muira Puama Extract | 1 of 9 | at least 5 mg | No dose established (trials give no suitable dosage) (Drugs.com, Muira puama) | Limited; no firm human evidence |
| Maca Extract | 2 of 9 | at least 5 mg | No dose in the source used (MSK, Maca) | A few small trials; limited |
| Catuaba Extract | 3 of 9 | at least 5 mg | No human dose (lab and rodent work only) (Antioxidant, anticholinesterase and antifatigue effects of Trichilia catigua (BMC CAM, 2018)) | None in people |
| Green Tea Extract | 4 of 9 | at least 5 mg | No dose in the source used (NCCIH, Green Tea) | Not a sexual-function ingredient in the sources read |
| Caffeine (5mg) | 5 of 9 | 5 mg (printed) | FDA figure: 400 mg a day for most healthy adults (FDA, Caffeine: how much is too much?) (NIH ODS, Exercise & Athletic Performance) | A stimulant, not a sexual-function ingredient |
| Ashwagandha | 6 of 9 | at most 5 mg | 240-1,250 mg a day of extract (stress and anxiety trials) (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha) (NCCIH, Ashwagandha) (LiverTox, Ashwagandha) | Modest, short-term data for stress and sleep; none for sexual function on the NIH page |
| L-Arginine | 7 of 9 | at most 5 mg | 2-20 g a day in sports studies (not ED trials) (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (NIH ODS, Exercise & Athletic Performance) | Mayo Clinic: might help ED with a physical cause |
| Tribulus Terrestris | 8 of 9 | at most 5 mg | No dose in the source used (MSK, Tribulus terrestris) | Mixed for testosterone; ED evidence not definitive |
| Horny Goat Weed Extract | 9 of 9 | at most 5 mg | No study sets a dose (products are often 250-500 mg) (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)) (Drugs.com, Horny goat weed) | Animal and lab work; trials in men are lacking |
A gap between a gummy and a trial dose does not prove the gummy does nothing. It does mean a trial cannot be borrowed to describe it, and nobody has published a trial of this gummy.

Which Maxforce ingredients have any evidence for sexual function?
One has a statement from a major clinic: Mayo Clinic says oral L-arginine might improve sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction that has a physical cause (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). The rest range from limited to none.
That Mayo line is about doses used in studies, not about a 5 mg slice of a gummy. Maca has a few small human trials, which reviews rate as limited (MSK, Maca). Tribulus and horny goat weed have mixed or animal-only data (MSK, Tribulus terrestris) (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)). Muira puama and catuaba have a folk reputation and little else (Drugs.com, Muira puama) (Antioxidant, anticholinesterase and antifatigue effects of Trichilia catigua (BMC CAM, 2018)). Green tea and caffeine are not sexual-function ingredients, and the NIH page for ashwagandha reports no evidence that it improves sexual function (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha).
L-arginine is the one to treat with respect. It can lower blood pressure, and with nitrates or sildenafil the drop can go too far (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). That is the main reason the who it is for page starts with medicines.
Cautions05
Are the Maxforce ingredients safe?
Each is used in food or tradition, but "natural" does not mean safe (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know). Several have rare reports of harm, and the label asks anyone on medicines to ask a doctor first.
- Liver: rare cases with ashwagandha (LiverTox, Ashwagandha) and with concentrated green tea extract (NCCIH, Green Tea).
- Heart rhythm and blood pressure: caffeine, horny goat weed and tribulus all appear in cautions (MSK, Epimedium (horny goat weed)) (MSK, Tribulus terrestris).
- Hormones: ashwagandha, maca and horny goat weed carry cautions for hormone-sensitive cancers (NIH ODS, Ashwagandha) (MSK, Maca).
The full table of cautions is on the side effects page.
Never stop or change a medicine because you started a supplement. If you take nitrates or an erectile-dysfunction drug, ask your doctor before the first gummy.
FAQ06
Maxforce questions people ask
What is the main active ingredient in Maxforce?
The label names no single active ingredient. It lists nine lines in one 82 mg blend and prints an amount only for caffeine, 5 mg. Muira puama is listed first, so it is the largest share by weight, but nobody outside the maker can say by how much.
Does Maxforce contain caffeine?
Yes. The label prints "Caffeine(5mg)" in the blend, and green tea extract adds a little more. Five milligrams is about one eightieth of the 400 mg a day that FDA cites for most healthy adults, so it is small but not zero for sensitive people.
Does Maxforce contain ginseng?
No ginseng is listed on the label. The brand's hero image shows a ginseng root beside the tub, but it is a prop. Ashwagandha is sometimes called Indian ginseng, which can cause the mix-up, though it is a different plant.
Does Maxforce contain L-arginine?
Yes, it is the seventh line. Because it follows the 5 mg caffeine line, a gummy holds at most 5 mg of it. Studies of L-arginine for exercise used 2 to 20 grams a day, so a gummy supplies a tiny fraction of that.
Does Maxforce contain testosterone?
No. The label lists no hormone. Tribulus and ashwagandha are sometimes sold as testosterone supports, but human results are mixed, and this site does not claim any of the ingredients raises testosterone.
Are Maxforce ingredients natural?
The label lists plant extracts, an amino acid and caffeine, plus corn syrup, cane sugar and sorbitol in the gummy base. The brand calls the product natural, but FDA does not define the word for supplements, and natural does not always mean safe.
